Are there any costs for me, except for the travel expenses?

Accepted Answer

No, there are no conference fees. We have also managed to provide coffee, cake, snacks and dinner, which will be available free of charge. Therefore, it is even more important to attend reliably after successful registration. Otherwise, we will give priority to others at the next events.

Is it a problem if I arrive later due to train-related reasons?

No, but we kindly request full-day participation in the event if possible.

Question 3

What is planned after the last presentation?

After the symposium (at around 17:30) we will walk together to the  Gasthof "Zum Greif" - the distance is approx. 750m.  Ideally, you should allow plenty of time to unwind and enjoy the evening as usual.
