Question 1

What kind of startups would be a good fit for this event?

Accepted Answer

We are looking for product-focused startups developing their own scalable solutions, such as software, platforms, hardware, or technology-driven products in the field of customer service. Pure service providers, agencies, and consultancies are not the target audience.

Question 2

What happens if a service provider, agency, or consultancy purchases a ticket?

Accepted Answer

This event is designed for product-focused, scalable startups. Registrations from pure service providers, agencies, or consultancies will be reviewed to ensure the best fit.

Question 3

Do I need to be physically present at the Demo Day with Hot Seat Sessions?

Accepted Answer

This part will be offered in a hybrid format. Startups that are selected but unable to travel will have the opportunity to pitch online. However, we strongly recommend attending in person to fully experience and benefit from the event.
