SESSIONS & INSIGHTS

TALK 1: It has never been easier to get value out of data
In today's data-driven world, unlocking the full potential of your data has never been more important. MQTT, a lightweight and efficient messaging protocol, is revolutionizing how industries collect, process, and integrate data from diverse devices and machines. This session will explore how businesses across various sectors, including Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications and the Public Sector are leveraging MQTT to implement high-value use cases, streamline operations, and drive smarter decision-making. You will see how easily MQTT can be integrated with backend systems like GraphDB (Memgraph), AI tools, and data streaming services, to get valuable real-time insights.
Key Learnings

Learn how MQTT helps you to collect data from almost all devices / machines in any industry

See how other customers are adopting MQTT in different industries by implementing high value use-cases

Understand how easy you can integrate with backend systems like GraphDB (Memgraph) or AI tools or other Data Streaming services

Speaker
Frank Wenzel - Senior Sales Europe MEA and South Asia @EMQ Frank has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure software sales, spanning roles from individual contributor to management in both enterprises and startups. He has led teams at Tibco Jaspersoft, contributed at Oracle, and helped startups scale. His expertise includes IoT and graph databases.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TALK 2: Connecting the Dots: How Graphs Supercharge AI Agents
AI agents are becoming valuable for modern businesses, but traditional architectures often fall short when dealing with fragmented data, dynamic knowledge bases, and complex queries that must be manually created and executed. What if you could build AI systems that aren’t just reactive but contextually intelligent? Enter GraphRAG (Graph-Enhanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation)—a cutting-edge framework that combines the power of graphs and LLMs to revolutionize the way we build and interact with AI systems.
Key Learnings

What is GraphRAG and how it connects to Memgraph

How to bridge gaps in data understanding by organizing unstructured and structured information into a knowledge graph

How vector search and graph algorithms supercharge LLMs with valuable and relevant context

How to build an agent to reduce redundant task workflows and gain more insights from your data

During this talk, you’ll gain actionable insights into using agents with graphs for impact analysis in IoT applications. Join us in discovering how Memgraph can elevate your AI solutions.
Speakers
Ante Javor - ante.javor@memgraph.io - Developer Experience Engineer @ Memgraph Ante Javor specializes in database systems, algorithms, and data structures, enhancing the developer experience at Memgraph. He improves tooling and resources for Memgraph users and shares his expertise as a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Bjelovar.Katarina Supe - katarina.supe@memgraph.io - Head of Developer Experience @ Memgraph Katarina focuses on graph databases and Python, making complex topics more accessible for developers. With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, she supports open-source contributors and advances graph technology adoption at Memgraph.
