Kollaborative Erarbeitung eines innovativen, kundenzentrierten Geschäftskonzeptes unter Verwendung von Design Thinking.

<p>Der Workshop versucht an Hand einer aktuellen Problemstellung das Potenzial von Design Thinking für die kollaborative Erarbeitung eines Geschäftskonzeptes aufzuzeigen. Dabei stehen der Kunde und seine Bedürfnisse ganz im Mittelpunkt. Von der Problemdefinition über die Ideenfindung bis hin zur Prototypisierung wird unter aktiver Involvierung der Teilnehmer*innen versucht in Kleingruppen innovative Geschäftskonzepte zu entwickeln und hinsichtlich Nutzen, Umsetzbarkeit und Marktfähigkeit zu validieren.</p><h3>E&amp;I Touchdown</h3><p>This workshop is part of  the <a href="https://www.wu.ac.at/entrep/news-impact/touchdown-video" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">E&amp;I Touchdown</a>. The E&amp;I Touchdown is our festive get-together and dedicated to the <a href="https://www.wu.ac.at/entrep/kooperationen/bisherige-praxisprojekte" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">innovative solutions</a> developed within our university classes in collaboration with our numerous project partners. Every semester, businesses have the chance to profit from our research-based business consulting. E&amp;I students work on innovative solutions for companies ranging from innovative start-ups to established businesses (e.g. Microsoft, KPMG) as well as international research organisations (e.g. CERN, Fraunhofer). The students are guided by the institute‘s researchers and lecturers and supported by external consultants (e.g. BCG, PWC Strategy&amp;). So far, more than 850 projects have been conducted with <a href="https://www.wu.ac.at/entrep/kooperationen/zufriedenheit" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">over 100 satisfied business and research partners</a>.</p><h3>Registration is open for our E&amp;I Touchdown!</h3><p><a href="https://hopin.com/events/e-i-touchdown-746dc23d-40e6-4ef9-bd19-c0f2d6f4e1ab" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Register here!</a></p><p></p>
