Can I participate if I am not good at making art?

Yes, absolutely! Art therapy is not about making a perfect artwork. We will explore different materials and possibilities and I will support the group through it.

Can I come for just one hour or can I drop in mid session?

For this workshop unfortunately not. Please contact me if you are running a few minutes late!

How big is the group?

The workshop will be for a small group, up to 10 participants, and there will be time and space to share, as always optional.
