Through this project, Maximilian seeks to bring fresh, diverse voices into political leadership, ensuring that Germany’s democracy better reflects its population. His work has already helped elevate new leaders from diverse communities, creating opportunities for young people to drive systemic change. Recently, he founded Media Force, a campaign agency aimed at combating extremism and promoting pro-democratic narratives online. The agency focuses on supporting NGOs and civil society organizations by providing expertise in social media strategies to help them amplify their voices and counter the dominance of extremist content. Its goal is to shift the online discourse back to democratic values by making democratic movements more visible and accessible on platforms like TikTok, where extremist groups have gained a strong foothold. Maximilian’s efforts are inspiring a new wave of leadership committed to equity, justice, and sustainability.About Ashoka: Ashoka is the global non-profit organisation that has developed the field of “social entrepreneurship” since 1980 and the first and largest community of system-changing social entrepreneurs (aka Ashoka Fellows).
