Diverstiy Café Vol. 2 : Beyond binary - seeing harmony where others see dissonance
The Diversity Café - Drinking coffee, eating snacks, opening up perspectives.
For: Diversity and complexity nerds who want to find answers to complex questions and everyone else who just wants to find out more
You believe humans need rigid catgories to grab the complexity of this world? You find capitalism the only righty frame to do business? You think there are only two sexgenders? You want to find the one and only right word for respectful language? You think there is only one solution to a more sustainable transformation?
Great! Grab a coffe, enjoy some cake and join us at the quarterly Diversity Café afternoon sessions!
Let’s tackle our binarisms, our monolingualism, our unconscious biases – in short: Let‘s re:define our notion of diversity together. Make the (impact & diversity) world a wonderful, creative & complex place again.
Arrival: 14:45 - 15:00

The event will either happen in englisch or german, depending on the constellation of the group and what everyone feels more comfortable with
Format:
The Diversity Café is a space to meet on the topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and social sustainability in all their beautiful diversity, complexity and interconnectedness. A brief and stimulating input opens up the space for our joint discussion. The goal of the sessions is not to find one exclusive & correct answer, rather, it is about broadening our perspectives.
It‘s imagined as a quarterly series with an input that starts the discussion.
This input session will be hosted by Persson Perry Baumgartinger from TransComm Bureau for transformative communication.
