ㅤIn this workshop, you will do a short assessment of your individual strengths and have a look at your personality through the lens of positive psychology. You will talk about the mixture of strengths within a team and what might be the benefits and downsides of knowing each other’s strengths. In addition to these, you will learn why being disagreeable might be a benefit in certain contexts, how to deal with difficult conversations and why it’s better to have a task conflict than a relationship conflict. In the end, you will discover various tips &amp; tricks for everyday scenarios that can be applied to yourself.<h3>About the speakers</h3>Zuzi is a business psychologist with three Master’s degrees in (1) social and organizational psychology, (2) creativity &amp; talent development, and (3) an Honours Master’s in Leadership. Currently, she is working as a Future Work Consultant at a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland (Swisscom AG). Together with Kerrin, she helps to transform groups into inclusive, happy, and effective teams by the means of coaching, training, and various tools of change management.Kerrin is a PhD candidate and lecturer at ETH Zürich. At ETH she aims at improving medical education with technology and teaches how to coach innovation projects. She has collaboratively built multiple organizations running on intrinsic motivation and leads projects up to 500 people. These workshops are free of charge to scientists from all faculties and institutes of TU Wien.
