About the speaker

Nina is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Fund F and the co-founder of Female Founders, two initiatives driving innovation and diversity in the European startup ecosystem. With over a decade of experience in venture capital, community building, and working directly with startups, Nina has established herself as a trusted partner for early-stage founders. Her journey in the startup world began in 2012 at Speedinvest, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms, where she honed her expertise in supporting high-growth companies. In 2016, she co-founded Female Founders, an organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs across Europe. Through Fund F, Nina invests in early-stage startups with a focus on teams that embody gender diversity, recognizing its power to drive exceptional outcomes.
