About this event
Autumn represents retreat, clarity, and the art of letting go. In Taoist teachings, it is associated with the metal element, which is associated with the lungs and large intestine.
Both are closely linked to our ability to let go of the old and absorb what is essential – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
A balanced metal element gives us inner strength, clear boundaries, good breathing, a strong immune system, and the ability to let go of the past.
If it is weakened, sadness, lack of motivation, skin and breathing problems or clinging to old patterns appear.
Immerse yourself in the world of Eastern healing and learn how to use meditation, Qi Gong, tea, knowledge and inner Taoist alchemy to activate the energy centers of the Metal Ement, release stagnant emotions and create space for inner transformation and balance.
What you will experience and strengthen by participating:
•Building lung qi: freer breathing, more space in the chest, and more stable
wei qi (immune strength)
• Transformation from deep grief to courage and presence
• Release from old baggage – physical, emotional, and mental
• Healthy letting go and clear boundaries: regulation of large intestine function and
the ability to let go of what is unnecessary.
Through:
- Meditation - Arrival
We begin in silence.
With our eyes closed, we turn our attention inward.
The breath becomes the bridge to this moment.
Here, in the now, we connect with our bodies and the space.
- Qi Gong – 5 Animal Frolics - The Crane
With the movements of the animals, we return to our original life force.
Fluent, playful, powerful – each animal embodies a quality that strengthens body,
mind, and organ energy.
In late summer, we specifically activate the animal that corresponds to the
current element and organ.
Movement becomes medicine.
- Tea & Knowledge
We connect with the wisdom of tea and delve into the deeper meaning of the organ system from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through mindfulness, we open the inner space for insight and transformation.
Together, we examine which emotional, energetic, and physical blockages can express themselves in each organ.
- Inner Taoist Alchemy
We direct our attention inward—to where energy is shaped, refined, and transformed.
With breath, mindfulness, and conscious guidance of the mind, we cultivate Qi
in the organ realm.
We harmonize the element and emotions, strengthen energies, and connect with the alchemical forces of transformation.
