Was sind Kontraindikationen um Breathwork zu machen?

Accepted Answer

Wenn du schwanger bist, Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen, Epilepsie, hohen inneren Augendruck und offene Wunden hast bzw. vor kurzem operiert wurdest, dann ist es nicht empfohlen im Verbundenen Atem zu atmen. Auch ist es nicht empfohlen, wenn du psychisch instabil ist oder Substanzen/Medikamente nimmst.

Was soll ich anziehen?

Accepted Answer

Die Atem Sitzungen finden in lockerer Kleidung statt. Gerne Gewand, dass du auch zum Sport trägst und worin du dich gut bewegen kannst. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass du dich wohl fühlst.

Question 3

Ich habe kein Interesse an Spiritualität, kann ich trotzdem kommen?

Accepted Answer

Auf jeden Fall. Die Embodiment Breathwork Methode hat keine spirituelle, politische oder religiöse Ausrichtung. Es geht rein um deinen Körper und dein Wohlbefinden und die Möglichkeit, deine Potentiale zu entfalten.
