#EoI - Pitch Your Research With Confidence Through Storytelling
Join this Masterclass to learn how to effectively communicate your research to both colleagues and non-scientific stakeholders.
We all know the stereotype: a brilliant scientist who struggles to explain their research. Most of us were taught how to build, quantify and discover but never how to explain. That is why TU has organized the EOI Workshop on Storytelling Techniques that supports researchers to present complex topics with confidence to all different kind of stakeholders.
This half-day workshop will give you the tools you need to better explain your research with clarity and confidence.
Key Takeaways
- What makes storytelling such a powerful tool?
- What are common storytelling structures and techniques?
- How can I improve my slides for lectures and conferences?
This workshop is delivered through a joint collaboration between the Innovation Incubation Center (i²c) and the service unit Industry Engagement und Partnerships of TU Wien. By combining expertise in technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and corporate matchmaking, we provide researchers with a holistic framework to bridge the gap between science and industry successfully.
