Do I have to pay something at the event?

If you buy your ticket here, that is your entry! Also all the specials are included, but you have to pay for the drinks and there is a small charge if you want to leave bags/jackets. Payment by card is possible from EUR 10,- onwards!

Are drinks included in this price?

No, this is only the entrance fee, but there are drinks available at various price ranges at the club.

What is the difference between the daytime event at 12pm and the night time event at 11pm?

The Daytime Party (12pm - 4:00pm) at CellaVie is all-ages and features a Swiftie DJ, 360° Videobooth, Bracelet Station, Glitter Station, and Styling Corner. The Nighttime Party (11pm onwards) is for ages 16+, with a lively party atmosphere and a Swiftie DJ!

What is a daypass?

With a day pass you can join the pre- and the after concert event! So you can hang our with other Swifties during the day make bracelets, prepare for the concert, get styled - then go to the concert and then afterwards attend the afterparty.

What is a festival pass?

With a festival pass you have access to all 6 events on all three days! :)

What are other possibilities of transportation?

Accepted Answer

In Vienna the public transport system is very good so you can check on google maps (it's accurate) how you get get from a to b - or you use uber. Just beware that uber will porbably be very busy around the start and end of the concert.

How does the bus transfer work?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase a bus transfer from the stadium to the club (when you go to the Afterparties) and then you will have a shuttle. The exact time and place of the bus leaving will be announced sooner to the concert. We will give you enough time to leave the concert so you don't have to rush!

Can I come and leave at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes!! Very important: you can come and leave at any given time so don't worry if you leave a bit earlier during the day events to get to the concert or come later because the concert ends early. You can leave and go as you wish.

May I dress up?

Yes, of course! Dress up as much or as little as you want. From a cardigan to a mirrorball, whatever you feel like!

What if I have no one to go with?

Can I reserve a table for the night event?

Yes! You can reserve a table where you get fast entry and table service. Just write us an email at: swiftienightsvienna@gmail.com and we will send you the conditions.

May I bring friendship bracelets?

Yes of course! We'd love to trade :) Also at the event during the day you can make them - we will provide the materials.

Is the bus transfer included in the ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, the bus transfer is not included in any ticket also not in the Festival Pass - if you have the Festival Pass then you need to go to the night event dates and purchase a bus transfer each.

What kind of drinks do you offer?

The club offers a huge variety of Taylor-inspired drinks! From soft drinks to alcoholic long drinks and cocktails, a huge variety of non-alcoholic mocktails is available! :)
