About this event

Curious about the future? Come along to play, learn, and connect.

Join Suzanne Whitby, futurer & futures researchers, facilitator, storyteller, and founder of Futures Fit, for an engaging, hands-on session that explores how we can better imagine — and perhaps prepare for and shape — the futures we want.

Whether you're new to foresight or looking to reconnect with your creative side, this is a playful and practical session where you’ll get to:

  • Discover the basics of futures thinking and why it matters now more than ever
  • Explore signals, trends, and drivers that shape tomorrow
  • Use interactive tools to imagine possible futures (we use an online whiteboard called Mural — it's fun!)
  • Reflect on how futures literacy can help you navigate uncertainty and spark new ideas

This session is for... Curious humans. Imaginative professionals. Community-minded changemakers. Anyone who wants to think differently about what’s possible.

It’s free, because we believe this work should be shared widely — and we hope you’ll stay connected after the session.

Organized by

A futures & foresight agency that offers experiential workshops and training to help organisations, communities and individuals anticipate, innovate and thrive in uncertain times.

We run regular events in English & German, including:

  • Futures & Foresight "taster" sessions - we call these Fabulous Futures
  • Webinars to explain what Futures & Foresight is, and why it matters
  • Facilitating Futures events, our "community of practise" where we explore different methods, share ideas, and invite others to play with Futures
  • Open calls for guests for our "Futures serious play" podcast, Hello, Futures!

Our events are designed to build futures literacy, prompt futures thinking, help aspiring futurers build new skills, play with possible futures and radical dreaming, and immerse individuals in learning experiences to help them thrive in uncertain times.
