The aim of this notebook is to support the reader to become more aware of personal thoughts, emotions and feelings. The method combines reflections regarding mytho-astrological principles and chakral energies. This is to increase the focus in your personal life so that you can more clearly identify areas in need of immediate attention:

Here, the reader can deepen the understanding of her/his current life (her/his life experience) from different angles, by acknowledging, and for example, noting experiences of encouragement, support or blockages and lack of confidence.

Each section introduces relevant information on the different aspects that can be experienced in this life. In general, this principle links cosmic powers (i.e. planets, nodes), zodiac signs (i.e. 12), and the main chakras (i.e. seven). By using the personal natal birth chart the user can add special value to explore further individual and unique personal characteristics.

This notebook shares two main types of energetic influences: external (i.e. ten planets, north and south nodes), internal (i.e. zodiac signs, seven chakras).
