The aim of this notebook is to support the reader to become more aware of personal thoughts, emotions and feelings.

This notebook introduces rapAC (Reflect, Analyse, Plan, Act, Connect) which is a 5-Step transformational self-awareness method enabling you to explore and also experience your inner world-leading you to trust your light, use your innate strengths, and create your unique reality. The aim of this notebook is to support the reader to become more aware of personal thoughts, emotions and feelings. The method combines reflections regarding mytho-astrological principles and chakral energies. This is to increase the focus in your personal life so that you can more clearly identify areas in need of immediate attention:Strengths - light aspects, aspirationsWeaknesses - shadow aspects, challengesHere, the reader can deepen the understanding of her/his current life (her/his life experience) from different angles, by acknowledging, and for example, noting experiences of encouragement, support or blockages and lack of confidence. Each section introduces relevant information on the different aspects that can be experienced in this life. In general, this principle links cosmic powers (i.e. planets, nodes), zodiac signs (i.e. 12), and the main chakras (i.e. seven). By using the personal natal birth chart the user can add special value to explore further individual and unique personal characteristics. This notebook shares two main types of energetic influences: external (i.e. ten planets, north and south nodes), internal (i.e. zodiac signs, seven chakras). The connection between these influences will happen through seven 'Astro-Chakral Guided Audio Meditations. This is where each of the chakras will be related to the energy of one or more planets which Astro-mythologically share a similar experience (e.g. Planet Venus, Aphrodite: Goddess of Beauty)
