From promise to progress: Rethinking software delivery with cybernetics+AI

weXelerate

Ready for AI-native delivery? Evolve teams & methods to harness AI as coder, designer & co-pilot—faster, smarter, safer software.

Auditorium weXelerate

Is your software delivery ready for an AI-native future? As AI capabilities mature, the pressure on engineering organisations is growing: deliver faster, adapt quicker, and make smarter use of people and machines. Yet most delivery models were built for the pre-AI era and are unable to fully harness today’s advancements in GenAI, automation, and intelligent systems. This session explores how to close that gap.Together, we’ll look at how teams can evolve their delivery practices to take advantage of AI; not just as a coding assistant, but as a design partner, testing aid, and operations co-pilot. We’ll discuss what needs to change in how we organise, build, and learn as delivery teams, and what it takes to do so safely, sustainably, and at scale. We’ll also share our own experience at Zühlke, sharing how we’ve approached these challenges in practice by adapting our ways of working to better integrate AI into delivery. One outcome of that journey is the Zühlke Cybernetic Delivery Method®, which we’ve evolved to help our teams move faster, stay aligned, and make better use of human and machine intelligence together. If you’re navigating similar questions, this session offers a chance to reflect, learn, and exchange ideas with peers facing the same shift. Whether you’re a Tech Lead, Product Owner, CTO or Head of Engineering, this event will offer fresh strategies and real-world examples on how to align your teams and tech for high-performance software delivery in the age of AI.Details:· Date: Tuesday September 23, Start 17:30· Location: WeXelerate, Praterstraße 1, 1020 Vienna· Agenda:o 17:30 Registrationo 18:00 Introduction by WeXelerateo 18:10 Presentation from <a href="https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Ftrudolphi%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cvictoria.roemer%40wexelerate.com%7C05b9b74ef480484b148d08ddd976a477%7Ca5f9d31bb4214ffeb87372025036aafa%7C0%7C0%7C638905825802094067%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=TyBEQowGw3UGEubWTym7mUwpL963zIdBHnfceb4T69s%3D&amp;reserved=0" title="https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Ftrudolphi%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cvictoria.roemer%40wexelerate.com%7C05b9b74ef480484b148d08ddd976a477%7Ca5f9d31bb4214ffeb87372025036aafa%7C0%7C0%7C638905825802094067%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=TyBEQowGw3UGEubWTym7mUwpL963zIdBHnfceb4T69s%3D&amp;reserved=0" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tobias Rudolphi</a> and <a href="https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Fandrijaljubojevic%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cvictoria.roemer%40wexelerate.com%7C05b9b74ef480484b148d08ddd976a477%7Ca5f9d31bb4214ffeb87372025036aafa%7C0%7C0%7C638905825802133313%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=yS0Dg1VFu5fBe9UeehT4RGDg6qas6Oo8SeaBbRF8824%3D&amp;reserved=0" title="https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Fandrijaljubojevic%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cvictoria.roemer%40wexelerate.com%7C05b9b74ef480484b148d08ddd976a477%7Ca5f9d31bb4214ffeb87372025036aafa%7C0%7C0%7C638905825802133313%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=yS0Dg1VFu5fBe9UeehT4RGDg6qas6Oo8SeaBbRF8824%3D&amp;reserved=0" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Andrija Ljubojevic</a>o 19:40 Networking &amp; AperóDon’t just adopt AI.
