• Elmar Laistler — ALSIX · MedUni Wien

ALSIX, a spin-off of the Medical University of Vienna, translates academic radiofrequency coil research into tools for clinical and research imaging applications. Elmar is a physicist, co-founder of ALSIX and associate professor at MedUni Vienna, where he heads the Radio

Frequency Lab at the Center for Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering.

• Ludovic de Rochefort — Founder & CEO, Ventio

Ventio develops BriSE, an imaging software technology that uses data from routine scans to generate quantitative images of brain tissue. Its aim is to support earlier diagnosis and more consistent monitoring of neurodegenerative diseases. Ludovic holds a PhD in medical imaging and is an inventor of Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping (QSM).
