Holistic Health and well-being Open Day hosted by Soul Print have open doors on the 20th of November. Have your chance to experience what's on offer. We will be displaying our new weekly classes in meditation, chakra cleansing, sound bowl baths, yoga, self-development and much more. Throughout the day, you'll have a chance to experience our taster classes.

There will also be stalls run by East Sussex local health and well-being businesses like The Vitamin Lounge. Reiki, Tarot readings and demonstrations of mediumship are just a few experiences available to discover throughout the day.

If that wasn't enough, you can enjoy all this and plough your way through The Pig's new food menu. You'll have a choice of main dishes, light bites and deserts with a versatile selection of fruit teas, coffees, and other beverages.

After a long period of isolation, come and meet like-minded souls, socialise, discover new classes, and meet some of East Sussex well-being business owners and enjoy a menu to satisfy the pallet.
