Absolutely! This session is open to everyone, regardless of experience. The energy meets you exactly where you are, so simply come with an open heart and curiosity.

Stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before, and create a quiet, comfortable space for yourself. Wear loose clothing, set an intention, and be ready to surrender to the experience.

Accepted Answer

If you are prone to mania, delusion, or psychosis, this session may not be suitable, as it expands emotional and energetic capacity. Please ensure you feel stable enough to process emotional shifts between sessions.

Question 4

Is this type of energy work safe?

Accepted Answer

Our innate divine Life force energy is a natural, omnipresent force. Surrendering to this intelligent current in a nurturing space is not only safe, but can be deeply supportive. The energy flows naturally and always gives you precisely what your system needs at this time.

Question 5

What if nothing happens?

Accepted Answer

Each soul opens in its own divine timing. This life-giving energy flows through everyone, but our masks, conditioning, and inner shields can sometimes block us from fully allowing it to flow. Trust your body and the process—often, shifts unfold gradually over time.
