About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 15 minutes

To explore the strengths of being a highly sensitive person, we read Sensitive Is the New Strong by Anita Moorjani—a compassionate guide for empaths navigating an often overwhelming world. This book helps reframe sensitivity as a source of inner power, not a flaw to fix.

In this study group, we dive into emotional clarity, personal boundaries, and authentic self-expression. With stories, insights, and practices, we support each other in embracing our sensitivity, trusting our inner voice, feeling grounded in who we are, and living with confidence in a world that often misunderstands sensitivity.

STUDY GROUPS

In today’s world, artificial intelligence gives us access to an overwhelming amount of information at previously unimaginable speed. It’s a significant milestone in the evolution of how we share and receive knowledge. However, this development also comes with a tendency toward consuming information quickly and superficially—processed in just a matter of seconds. To bring more balance into our society, I believe there is a need for spaces that encourage deeper understanding and personal connection.

MOVE EMPOWERED is a space for meaningful study and self-discovery, centered around topics like relationships, success, creativity, self-worth, and high sensitivity. We explore these concepts in small, focused study groups using carefully selected books. Each session invites participants to reflect on key ideas together, relate them to their own life experiences, and engage in conscious group dialogue. This process of shared contemplation helps transform knowledge into lived wisdom—fostering real growth and inner resilience.
