This year's I.E.C.T. – Challenge is all about Alpine Technologies. The term "Alpine" is very broadly defined: The target group of the Challenge are deep-tech start-ups and academic spin-offs with products that have a positive impact on the Alpine Region.
In particular, start-ups from the fields of Alpine Mobility, Alpine Safety, Alpine Construction, Alpine Sport & Outdoor and Health & Life Sciences are sought that are already on the market and looking for investors and/or strategic partners.
The start-up will work with a selected lead (industry expert) in a team. As a duo, they face the biggest challenges the start-up has right now. Selected investors, corporates and other experts are part of the discussion round. With critical questions from investors and corporates, ideas from the various players and the expertise of the attendees, the founders can take the next step with the help of the know-how gathered.
The goal: building a strong network and finding potential investors and corporate partners. The winner will get a one-to-one session with Hermann Hauser as well a day-pass to the renown I.E.C.T. – Summer School.
The challenge is an I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser programme in cooperation with Startup.Euregio, Onsight Ventures and Alpine Tech Innovation Hub.
