Class Description
Participants will learn how to create rich, deep, engaging base realities, and build upon them with fun, hilarious, and touching games that keep the audience at the edge of their seats. You will learn to create unique, interesting, recognizable characters that move spectators and inspire co-stars to develop scenes in exciting and unexpected ways. Over the course of 6 weeks you will learn all the basics of improvisational long form. You and you fellow classmates will learn character painting with posture, voice modulation, status, and emotion. You will learn to heighten and raise the stakes of a scene. You will learn to explore and find what else is true in the reality you and your partner are creating. And you will learn to react to your scene partner's gifts and play at the top of your intelligence.
