Date: Monday, December 07th, 2020, 09:00 - 15:00Room: Hafenstraße 24, Arzt/BR ZimmerBiofeedback is a scientific process that can be used to determine physical reactions to stressors as well as one's own ability to relax. Unconscious body signals, such as Pulse rate, blood flow, breathing and sweat gland activity are recorded and made visible on a screen. These physical reactions are registered in the resting state, under stress and after it has ended. This makes it possible to recognize the influence of psychological processes on the body.Content

Creation of an individual stress profile

Measurement of body functions on stress levels

Measurement of relaxation response

Tips for dealing with stress

Special COVID-19 measures:

Comply with the protection measures as indidated by the Austrian government

Please wash and definfect your hands before the treatement and avoid shaking hands

Please wear a face mask
