IPI World Congress 2019

Join us in Geneva from 4-5 June to discuss successful strategies to strengthen the relationship between news organisations and the audiences in defense of quality journalism as a public good. WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY REGISTRATION FEE?

All registration fees for the IPI World Congress will go to the IPI Press Freedom Fund. This allows us to react swiftly to media freedom violations around the world. Our recent work includes our campaigns to free jailed journalists in Turkey and Egypt and press freedom missions to Slovakia, Malta, Turkey and Spain. REFUND POLICY

In the case of cancellation before 28 May 2019, delegates will be reimbursed for the total amount of the registration fee. After 28 May 2019, IPI will not issue a refund, except in certain exceptional circumstances such as bereavement, illness or severe accident.The reasons for cancellation must be supported by verifiable documentation. All notices of cancellations must be made by delegates in writing, by letter, email or fax, and sent to:
