Not at all, our aim is to match one or two learners with a native speaker or two, on each table so that people get a chance to mingle and speak with others of their choice.

No, this is like a pairing of learner and native or other speaker, but you do not have to offer your language in return.

At Cafe DEnglish you can practice your English or German skills in a relaxed setting. The focus at Irish DEnglish is on English.

You've learned grammar and vocabulary, in a class or alone. Now is your chance to speak. Sitting in pairs, from the start, ( ideally agreed before the event so you start straight away, and know with whom you are speaking) you get to speak half the time and listen half the time. Improve your fluency and confidence in a safe and casual environment.
