Join us for the advent season - moments for yourself and a riddle are waiting for you.

December is a special month of the year. For some it is a busy time getting ready for Christmas, organising the family and buying the presents for everybody, for some it is a time of calmness and allowing time for yourself. In alp, activating leadership potential, we want to accompany you for this special period with our free Christmas Calendar. We have prepared 24 little presents around finding inner strengths in these times of change. We want to bring joy to your heart and fight social distancing.

We invite you every day to take some minutes for yourself. The calendar includes

• small activities around deep listening, gratitude and finding my own strengths
• meaningful stories, audios and videos
• meditations
• and a challenge over the 24 days - for those who love to solve a riddle

Once you sign up, each morning you will receive an email with an activity and with one of the 24 glues to solve the riddle. Among those, who send us before 26th of December the right answer we will draw the winners for the following prizes

• 2 of our new learning logs - a book for your notes with pictures by Julia Braunegg
• 2 sets of our new alp postcards
• 2 bottles with essential oils
