We usually meet near the playground at Venediger Au. Look for Mamá Ludi in her purple skirt! A WhatsApp pin will be shared in the group each week.

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The class is baby-friendly. You can join with your stroller, baby carrier, or come alone—whatever feels best for you.

Question 4

4. Is the class safe for pregnancy and postpartum?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Movements are gentle, low-impact, and adaptable. Mamá Ludi is experienced in guiding pregnant and postpartum moms—listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.

Question 5

5. How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The class is free & donation-based. We recommend a donation of €10, but you are welcome to give what feels right.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

Comfy clothes, water, and good energy! If you’re bringing your baby, a stroller or baby carrier is perfect. On sunny days, bring a hat or sunscreen.
