Eva Diedrichs was the founding managing director of IMP³rove—European Innovation Management Academy. She was a core member of Kearney's innovation and research and development previously served as a senior consultant at Kearney, helping international clients in developing and implementing growth strategies and transformation projects. She remains a core member of Kearney's innovation and R&D management teams, where she has supported the World Economic Forum in its “Fostering Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Europe” and “Collaborative Innovation—Transforming Business, Driving Growth” projects
