Beyond Small Talk — with Depth, Connection, and Cookies

This is a space for the questions that truly matter — about who we are, what gives our lives meaning, how we relate to ourselves and others, and the spiritual dimension of being human.

I’ve always felt that no single perspective is enough to fully understand ourselves and this strange, beautiful experience we call life.

Psychology helps us understand our patterns, emotions, and wounds. Philosophy invites us to explore meaning, values, and how we want to live. And spirituality opens the door to something beyond all of that — to who we are beneath our stories, roles, and conditioning.

When these three come together, something shifts. We don’t just understand ourselves better. We begin to live with greater clarity, wisdom, and inner freedom.

Our evenings reflect this.

Usually, the first part focuses on the more personal and human side of life: meaning, relationships, the beliefs and patterns that shape us, and the challenges we encounter along the way.

In the second part, we tend to move deeper — into spiritual questions about who we really are, our sense of separation and connection, inner peace, and what it means simply to **be**.

There is no fixed agenda and no pressure to arrive at answers. Through shared reflections, honest conversation, and gentle guidance, we explore whatever emerges — allowing psychology, philosophy, and spirituality to meet naturally.

And because insight alone doesn't necessarily change how we live, we'll also include simple practical exercises to help bring what we discover into our day-to-day lives.

And if any of this speaks to you, you’re warmly invited to join the conversation.

There’s nothing you need to prepare, nothing you need to prove, and no particular way you need to show up. Come with your questions, your experiences, your uncertainties — or simply your curiosity.

Bring yourself, as you are.

Listen. Share, if you feel like it. Meet others beyond the usual small talk.

No pressure. No expectations.

Just an open space for real conversation, genuine connection, and whatever may emerge from it.

I’d be very happy to have you there.

Warmly,
Dieter
