Embodied movement for nervous system reset, presence & creative energy.

Please bring: a yoga/exercise mat if possible, (towel) + water bottle Join us for a MINDFULBODY session at Impact Hub Vienna - a guided movement experience blending activating guided movement, mindful embodiment and emotional reset. This is not a traditional workout class. MINDFULBODY follows a carefully curated dramaturgy through different energetic states: from activation and strength to softness, grounding and inner reflection.Expect moments of dynamic movement, music-driven energy and playful expression, as well as slower sequences focused on breath, regulation and reconnecting with yourself. You can experience MINDFULBODY both as:

an energizing full-body workout

and a mindful practice for mind, body & soul

Inspired by Pilates, somatic movement, storytelling and atmospheric experience design, the session invites you to explore what your body truly needs in the moment - whether that is activation, release, softness, expression, focus or rest. What to expect:

activating and grounding movement

nervous system regulation

breath & body awareness

curated music & emotional atmosphere

poetic storytelling & intentional flow

space for self-exploration and presence

a welcoming community environment

Those who want to challenge themselves physically will definitely work up a sweat - but the experience is designed so everyone can move at their own intensity and rhythm. A limited number of mats will also be available on-site.No previous experience is required - all levels are welcome. Participation is limited to 15 people to create an intimate and connected atmosphere.Important note regarding photos & videos: Photos and short video clips may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
