Thoughts, ideas, and impressions are constantly swirling around … and switching off feels almost impossible? This restless whirlwind of thoughts is often referred to as the “Monkey Mind” – a mind that is constantly on the move and finds it difficult to settle. This is exactly where my ADHD-inspired yoga class comes in: We’re not trying to silence the Monkey Mind. Instead, we give it rhythm. Music and movement help us turn down the volume in our heads and reconnect with our bodies.Expect a dynamic yoga session set to uplifting beats, followed by a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra relaxation.A warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can simply be exactly as you are. ❤️ ☕🍰 COFFEE & CAKEAfterwards, you’re very welcome to stay for some relaxed time together – to chat, connect, and get to know each other over coffee & cake (included in the price). 🤍 GOOD TO KNOWNo previous yoga experience needed.
