Why this workshop: This is a hands-on, facilitated session with a mix of guided individual reflection, simple structured exercises and peer exchange. The focus is on clarity through doing, not theory. Many organisations get stuck between ambition and action — overwhelmed by complexity or waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin. This workshop is designed to make circularity feel super hands-on, accessible and actionable. Real progress starts with one well-chosen step! This is where you’ll create that step!
