Be part of a co-creative culinary journey, with outside-the-box system thinking and local Good Practices for transforming food waste into valuable products.
The evening concludes with the Monday Listening Club at Museumsquartier hosted by Martin Markeli, an artist who transforms outsourced materials into colorful art.
