Starting with ViennaUP Planning Session. ViennaUP 2026 runs May 18 to 22 across the whole city — a decentralized festival with events spread everywhere, five program tracks, and formats ranging from investor round-tables and pitch competitions to hackathons, panel discussions, and late-night networking. Most founders show up without a plan and drift through the week reacting to whatever is in front of them. This session changes that. You map your goals, choose the events that match where you are right now, and build a concrete strategy for the week before it starts. You leave knowing exactly what you are attending, who you want to meet, and what success looks like for you personally. Attend in person or join online.

Most founders can talk for 20 minutes about what they are building but almost none can do it in 10 seconds. This session fixes that. You workshop your 1-line pitch, your 3-line pitch, and your founder story live — not a rehearsed presentation but a fast, clear, human opener that makes people immediately curious. You work it, test it, and sharpen it until it clicks. By the end you have something that works in any room, any conversation, any moment at ViennaUP.

Drinks in hand, you put the Mingle Hero system into practice in real time. How to enter a conversation naturally. How to move through a crowded room with intention. How to avoid getting stuck with the wrong people. How to leave every interaction with a real next step. The training and the social happen at the same time. By the end you have done ViennaUP once already in a safe room.
