Question 1

What is PrepUP?

Accepted Answer

A month-long program for founders heading to ViennaUP. You build your pitch, your story, your plan, and your crew before the festival starts so the week actually works.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Independent founders attending ViennaUP without an accelerator behind them. If you're going on your own and want the week to count, this is for you.

Question 3

What does it actually cost to show up unprepared?

Accepted Answer

Flights, accommodation, and a week away from work adds up to €1,000 or more. ViennaUP is free. Wasting it is not.

Question 4

Have you been to ViennaUP before and left with nothing real?

Accepted Answer

Most founders do. Not because they didn't try. Because they weren't ready for the room. PrepUP exists so that doesn't happen again.

Question 5

Who built this program?

Accepted Answer

U-Shin Buechelhofer-Kim. Former NYC actor and Hollywood talent agent, now a tech founder and communication strategist in Vienna. He spent four years figuring out ViennaUP the hard way so you don't have to.

Question 6

Who are Aaron and Leo from Morning Sloth?

Accepted Answer

Aaron is a 2x Techstars entrepreneur with one exit and products used by 450M+ people. Leo is a leadership coach with a decade helping founders grow. Together they run Morning Sloth, a no-BS startup bootcamp for founders.

Question 7

Who is Kasia Sadowska?

Accepted Answer

AI product engineer and startup mentor. She helps founders get product-clear fast using structured thinking and modern AI tools. She joins PrepUP to help you turn your story into something investable before ViennaUP begins.

Question 8

Who is Toma Molerov?

Accepted Answer

Coach, author, and community builder. 5 books including an international bestseller. 6,000+ students. 125+ teams. He helps you show up as yourself in the room — not a polished version. Just you.

Question 9

What will I actually learn?

Accepted Answer

Your 1-line pitch. Your 3-line pitch. Your founder story. And Mingle Hero — a room navigation system that tells you how to enter conversations, move with intention, and leave with something real.

Question 10

What happens on April 27?

Accepted Answer

A full-day live workshop at Impact Hub Vienna. Training in the morning, live simulation in the afternoon, drinks after. By the end you have already done ViennaUP once in a safe room.

Question 11

What do I get for free?

Accepted Answer

Toma's 28 Tools — his condensed event playbook. Kasia's PRD Builder — get product-clear before you pitch. The 7 Founder Questions — sharpens your story before April 27. Plus live sessions with Toma, Kasia, Aaron, and Leo.

Question 12

What else is included?

Accepted Answer

A free one-week co-working pass at Impact Hub Vienna. Night Before mixer May 15. Four check-ins during ViennaUP week. A follow-through session within 48 hours after the festival.

Question 13

Online or Founder Pass — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

Both are for founders attending ViennaUP in person. Online (€125) covers the full program over Zoom. Founder Pass (€175) brings you in person on April 27 for the live simulation and drinks.

Question 14

How many spots are there?

Accepted Answer

The Founder Pass is limited to 50 spots. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Question 15

What happens after ViennaUP ends?

Accepted Answer

Within 48 hours you get a dedicated session to go through every conversation that mattered. You identify your strongest leads, draft your follow-ups, and book next meetings while everything is still fresh.

Question 16

Do these skills work beyond ViennaUP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your pitch, your story, and Mingle Hero work in any room — investor meetings, sales calls, conferences, cold introductions. ViennaUP is where you practice. The skills stay with you forever.
