Join us at Climate Lab for a scareening of "Purpose - A Wellbeing Economies Film"
'Purpose' poses the central questions of our time: What is the purpose and goal of our economic systems ... and how can we change that? The film follows two people who are developing groundbreaking political projects to shift the focus of our economic systems—away from pure GDP growth and towards the well-being of people and the planet.
Popcorn in hand, we will make sense of what we’ve seen in a guided discussion and then open up the room for conversations.
We’ll be joined by Florian Wagner from ECOnGOOD Austria (Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie Österreich / Economy for the Common Good), who will provide local context on how the film’s themes connect to concepts of Austria’s own wellbeing economy initiatives and movement for systemic change.
Entrance is free of charge, with donations welcome at the event to support the producers of the film.
Limited spots available, so book your ticket!
