About this event

We live in a time of profound transitions where established systems are failing and new forms of value, governance, and investment must emerge. Indy Johar and Charly Kleissner invite us to a discussion to explore how we can move beyond incremental fixes toward systemic transformation — and what responsibilities leaders, investors, and society must embrace to enable a regenerative and just future.

Indy, has co-founded multiple social ventures from Impact Hub Westminster to Impact Hub Birmingham. Most recently he has founded Dark Matter - a field laboratory focused building the institutional infrastructures for radicle civic societies, cities, regions and towns.

Charly, is a pioneering impact investor and philanthropist who advocates for deep systemic change. As co-founder of Toniic, Twist and the KL Felicitas Foundation, he has been instrumental in advancing impact investing globally, demonstrating that capital can and must serve a regenerative, just, and sustainable future. Charly was born and raised in Tirol.

The event will be moderated by Andrea Wyss, member of the Impact Circle Alps.

This event is limited to 15 people. It is free for CO:ACT participants and Impact Hub Tirol members. External participants are asked to pay our preferred price of €20.00 which will be used for our community fund.
