Question 1

What kind of space is this?

Accepted Answer

This is a trauma-aware space, held with care. It’s queer-centered, with allies welcome. You’re invited to come as you are.

Question 2

What actually happens in the circle?

Accepted Answer

We’ll move a little, do simple creative exercises, and have space to share if you want. Each circle has a different theme: real → resourced → relit.

Question 3

Do I need any experience with movement or creativity?

Accepted Answer

No experience needed. Everything is an invitation, and you’re always welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you.

Question 4

Do I have to share?

Accepted Answer

Sharing is always optional. At the same time, these circles are built around being with what’s real and hearing different experiences. You’re welcome to share what feels true for you, in your own way and time.

Question 5

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear something comfortable you can move in, and bring a journal and something to write or draw with. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable (for example, a small object, layers, or something supportive).

Question 6

What language is the circle held in?

Accepted Answer

The circle will be held in English.

Question 7

How many people will be there?

Accepted Answer

The group is small (max. 10 people including facilitator) to keep the space intimate and held.

Question 8

Is this space accessible?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. The studio is on the first floor and only accessible via winding stairs.

Question 9

What if I can’t make it?

Accepted Answer

Because this is a small group circle, tickets are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
