About Tantra, Sufism, and Kundalini:• Tantra:Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that seeks to harness the power of desire and sacred sexuality to elevate consciousness. It emphasizes union—within the self, with others, and with the universe—creating a path of spiritual awakening through embodiment and energy work.• Sufism:Sufism, often referred to as the mystical branch of Islam, focuses on the inward journey toward divine love and unity. Through practices like whirling, chanting, and devotional poetry, Sufism seeks to transcend the ego and realize the interconnectedness of all beings.• Kundalini:Kundalini is the dormant spiritual energy that lies coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened. Through specific yogic techniques such as breathwork, movement, and meditation, Kundalini energy rises along the chakras, leading to spiritual enlightenment, inner peace, and heightened awareness. Benefits of Participation:1.
