We are hosting this session as a hybrid format so everyone who feels comfortable to disucss physically in the space can join as well as people who prefer to join the discussion comfortably from their own environment.

About the collaboration host Nadine Schratzberger:

Nadine Schratzberger, circular economy expert, serial founder, speaker and consultant - She has a passion for sustainable fashion and innovation which drives her to develop createive solutions for a sustainable textile industry. 2018 Nadine founded through crowdfunding the sustainable outdoor-label MONTREET which focuses on functional design and circular processes.

The event will either happen in englisch or german, depending on the constellation of the group and what everyone feels more comfortable with.

The Diversity Café is a space to meet on the topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and social sustainability in all their beautiful diversity, complexity and interconnectedness. A brief and stimulating input opens up the space for our joint discussion. The goal of the sessions is not to find one exclusive & correct answer, rather, it is about broadening our perspectives.

It‘s imagined as a bi-monthly series with an input that starts the discussion.
