Question 1

How does the audio tour work?

Accepted Answer

Once you book your ticket, you'll receive a link via email with instructions on how to access the tour. All you need is a smartphone and headphones!

Question 2

Do I have to start the tour at the exact date and time listed on Eventbrite?

Accepted Answer

Nope! The date and time you see on Eventbrite are just for formality. This is a flexible, self-guided audio tour, so you can start it any day, at any time that suits you best. Once you book, you’ll get access to the tour and can begin whenever you're ready.

Question 3

Do I need headphones?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for the best experience, it’s highly recommended using your headphones. This will allow you to hear clearly without being distracted by the noise of the city around you.

Question 4

Do I need a phone charger?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we highly recommend bringing a portable charger. Between the tour audio and all the photos you'll be taking, your phone battery is likely to run out.
