Self Crush Friday – Your Fitness & Self-Love Experience


It’s time to fall in love with yourself – every single Friday. Join us for a powerful, 75-minute group session where we combine movement, mindset, and meaningful conversations. No experience needed. No pressure. Just a safe space to move, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

💪 Gentle Fitness (30 minutes)

We’ll move in a way that feels good – from beginner-friendly HIIT to legs, glutes, and core exercises, and even stretching exercises. You don't need to be fit or flexible – just come as you are. I’ll guide you through every step.

🧘 Journaling & Reflection

With easy prompts and your favorite music, you’ll tune into your thoughts, feelings, and goals and get to know yourself on a deeper level, so you can become your own best friend.

💬 Real Talk & Community Vibes

A casual group conversation where we share, connect, and uplift each other – just a place where girls support girls and good energy.

My name is Andrea and I'm a certified health fitness & personal trainer with a heart-centered and holistic approach.

In my work, I combine physical training with supportive practices that promote self-awareness, motivation, and a healthy mindset. I believe that true strength isn’t just about muscles – it’s about how we treat ourselves, inside and out.
