Event description
This workshop is for all women who want to work with focus and move forward faster. We will learn how to apply the OKR goal setting method.

About this event

This workshop is for all women who want to work with focus and move forward faster. No matter what career stage you are in, whether you are currently at home, an entrepreneur or employed, the OKR method can be applied in any situation.

In this workshop you will learn more about the goal setting method OKR and afterwards there will be enough time for you to define your goals for the next 12 weeks yourself. We will help you to formulate them correctly.

OKR is short for Objectives and Key Results. It is a collaborative goal-setting tool used by teams and individuals to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.

An OBJECTIVE is simply WHAT is to be achieved, no more and no less. By definition, objectives are significant, concrete, acition oriented and (ideally) inspirational. When properly desined and deployed, they're a vaccine against fuzzy tinking - and fuzzy execution.

KEY RESULTS benchmark and monitor HOW we get to the objective. "

In this short goal setting session for individuals, we will explain the magic of OKR and you will set our own OKR for the next 12 weeks.

We will all help each other in the group to shape and formulate our OKR.

If you want to work in a focused way and achieve your goals by first learning about OKR and setting goals, then you should attend our session on OKRs.
