Follow your inner impulses, experience joy, lightness and dance yourself free and be creative. Come dancing into the “flow” and let yourself be carried by the group and the music. Because inside we find the peace and quiet from which we can draw strength for everyday life.
Afterwards there will be an optional pizza from our neighbors BROS.PIZZA.
You can also decide at the studio if you want pizza or not. But please bring cash for the pizza then. ;)

Passionate about guiding others toward greater well-being, she seamlessly integrates movement, mindfulness, and nutrition to support a balanced and fulfilling life. Andrea has traveled the world, learning from diverse teaching traditions in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali, and London.
