As an entrepreneur, working in the social sector or curious about the topic, you might already know how negotiations are essential for the success and survival of your causes. The purpose of this workshop is to give you an overview of how effective communication can influence your business negotiations. If you hear or say "no", that's the signal that the negotiation is about to begin.
