What to expect
A highly practical session, where you will learn five facilitation tips that can be applied immediately to make your workshops more dynamic, participatory and memorable, without needing to redesign your entire training programme.
The session will also include a short practice segment, where you can try the techniques in a supportive setting. The goal is that you leave not only with ideas, but with the confidence that you can implement them in your own training sessions.
We will also address questions many trainers quietly ask themselves when trying something new, such as:
- Will this approach work for my sessions and participants?
- What if I try something new and it doesn’t go perfectly?
Organisers
The session will be delivered by Marph in collaboration with Maja Skalar, an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) with 18 years of experience designing and facilitating training programmes for diverse audiences, from academic institutions to international networks.
Maja's trainings focus on intercultural communication and teaching, public speaking and presentation skills, self-reflection and goal-setting, and applying coaching approaches for personal and professional growth in global contexts.
The workshop is organised by PE Marph GmbH, a management training and facilitation company established in 2018, that works with organisations to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
The workshop will be held in English.
