Sociocracy, also known as dynamic governance, is a system of governance which seeks to achieve solutions that create harmonious social environments as well as productive organizations and businesses.

Sociocracy 3.0 provides a collection of independent and principle-based patterns that an organization can pull in to become more effective. All patterns relate to a set of core principles, so they can easily be adapted to context. Sociocracy 3.0 moves the primary focus from vision, mission, aims or purpose (as in the Sociocratic Circle Methode SCM), towards the source of motivation, and aligns the organization towards discovering and addressing what it needs. Soziokratie stellt ein Führungssystem dar, das nach Lösungen sucht, die ein harmonisches soziales Umfeld sowie produktive Organisationen und Unternehmen schafft.

Soziokratie 3.0 bietet eine Sammlung von unabhängigen und auf Prinzipien basierenden Mustern, die eine Organisation nutzen kann, um effektiver zu werden. Alle Muster enthalten eine Reihe von Grundprinzipien, die leicht an den individuellen Kontext der Organisation angepasst werden können. Soziokratie 3.0 richtet den Hauptfokus weg von Vision, Mission, Zielen oder Zweck (wie in der soziokratischen Kreismethode SKM), hin zur Motivationsquelle und unterstützt die Organisation dabei, das zu entdecken, was sie benötigt.
