We move through the 4 dimensions of being : mind, body, emotions and soul.

How one affects the other and how we can re-balance them through Breathwork and embodied movement.

- tuning in to the wisdom of the body

Session 2: MIND

- beliefs and thought patterns

- visualisation and subconscious

- focus and intention

Session 3: EMOTIONS

- emotional expression in the body

- 4 core emotions

- emotions and the nervous system

Resource: release

Session 4: SOUL

- expand consciousness

- meaning and purpose

- connection to your Self, others and the wider whole
