Question 1

Do I need a dance partner?

Accepted Answer

No. Many participants come solo. We rotate partners during the class, which is an essential part of learning how to adapt and communicate in Tango Argentino.

Question 2

Do I need previous experience in Tango Argentino?

Accepted Answer

No. These classes will help you learn from zero. If you already have experience, you'll get instructions connected to what you already know, and if it's your first time you'll be guided through your first moves.

Question 3

What if I miss a class?

Accepted Answer

Each session includes a brief recap of the previous one, and the Focused Prácticas offer the ideal space to catch up and make sure you learn the contents with proper guidance so you never miss out.

Question 4

What are the Focused Prácticas and why should I join?

Accepted Answer

They are practice sessions where we give your body time to repeat, explore, absorb and transform what you learn in class, allowing you to really own every move and ask for feedback while building confidence in your dance.

Question 5

Do I need special shoes or clothes to start learning Tango Argentino?

Accepted Answer

No. Dance shoes or special clothes aren't required. Nevertheless, some shoes support your body's health better when dancing Tango Argentino. We'll guide you on that in the classes. For a start, bring shoes that are comfortable for you, ideally not too bulky and with soft soles.
