Terrapy ist ein Health - Trend. Nur auf einer gesunden Erde ist ein gesundes Leben möglich. Es ist eine erweiterte Sicht einer ganzheitlichen Gesundheit. Wenn ich mich regional, saisonal, vegetarisch oder vegan ernähre, dann schütze ich damit meine Umwelt und tue gleichzeitig etwas für meine Gesundheit. Aber ist das wirklich so? Natürlich bildet eine regionale, saisonale Ernährung und naturnahe Landwirtschaft eine wichtige Grundlage für den Schutz unserer Umwelt und Gesundheit. In den letzten Jahren hat die Polarisierung in unserer Gesellschaft zugenommen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass ich meine Umwelt nur schützen kann, wenn ich mit mir selbst und mit meiner Umgebung im Reinen bin.
