In this interactive workshop, you will learn modern negotiation techniques, understand how to calculate your market value, and practice everything directly in a mock salary negotiation. After the session, you will walk into real interviews with clarity, structure, and confidence.

1. Build a Stronger Total Package

Don't limit your negotiation to just one number. You will learn to use the Job Conditions Canvas to actively extend your "Zone of Possible Agreement" (ZOPA).
By mastering this tool, you will be equipped to negotiate a holistic agreement that prioritizes not just base salary, but essential factors like professional growth, work-life balance, and performance incentives.


2. Negotiate with Data-Driven Confidence

Stop guessing and start leveraging facts. You will learn about Austrian specific benchmarking tools to objectively determine your market value.
